Questions
The email address you use for Tapestry. Type it in and we email you a 6-digit code to log in, so there is no new password to remember.
Yes. Each family only sees their own child. Codes work once, expire after 15 minutes and are only sent to the email the pre-school has for you. Your Tapestry password is never asked for or shared.
No. Tapestry is still your child’s learning journal. The app is for news, messages, artwork and notifications from pre-school, and it links to Tapestry too.
It is free, and there is nothing to download from an app store. You add it to your Home Screen from your phone’s browser and it works like a normal app.
Check your junk folder, and make sure you used the same email as your Tapestry account. If it still does not arrive, ask the pre-school to check the email they have for you.
