Wigmore Under Fives is a friendly, Ofsted-rated Good pre-school over the Hertfordshire border to the east, about 1.7 miles from Tea Green. Funded places for 2, 3 and 4 year olds.
Families in the hamlets just over the Hertfordshire border get a friendly pre-school a few minutes from home, without driving into Luton town centre.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm in term time, for children aged 2 to 5. Choose morning sessions, afternoon sessions or full days, and use your 15 or 30 funded hours with us.
Tea Green is in Hertfordshire, but that doesn’t stop you using us. Many families from outside Luton choose a pre-school on their way to work, and funded hours can usually still be used here.
Follow the lanes west towards Wigmore and join Crawley Green Road. Newlands Church has a car park, so there is no need to park on the road.

Sessions
15 funded hours covers five mornings or five afternoons. 30 funded hours covers five full days, 9am to 3pm. You only pay for any sessions on top.
Children settle quickly, arrive keen to learn and make choices with confidence. Staff build children’s language and love of books.
We are about 1.7 miles from Tea Green, usually around 7 minutes by car. There is free parking on site.
Yes. We accept 15 and 30 funded hours for eligible 3 and 4 year olds, and funding for eligible 2 year olds. Funding is generally paid to the setting your child attends, so families outside Luton can usually use their hours with us. We will check for you.
Places go quickly, especially mornings, so we recommend booking a visit or joining our waiting list early.
